What does Aurus do alongside Flooid?

Our partnership with Flooid allows us to integrate seamlessly with point-of-sale and self-checkout solutions, combining Flooid’s composable unified commerce platform with Aurus’ enterprise-grade payment orchestration. Initially focused on the grocery and convenience segments, the joint solution is now gaining traction across a broader range of industries, including specialty retail, fuel, quick-service restaurants, luxury, travel and big-box retail.

What concerns are you currently addressing for retailers?

Fraud prevention is a key challenge for retailers, since shoplifting, the manipulation of self-service kiosks and data fraud is currently on the rise. Through integrating the Aurus fraud prevention engine, Pay Guard, alongside the Flooid platform, retailers lower their fraud risks while also lowering the cost of fraud prevention by employing a machine learning decision engine that delivers workflow simulators to pinpoint potential issues. Sensitive payments data is also protected through our Shield software, which limits the retailers’ PCI scope to a minimum, keeping the cost of compliance low and ensuring customer payment information is processed securely.
