The solution is configured and assessed to run optimally for the environment including hardware, networking and access considerations, creating the build and scripts for deployment into the cloud.

3. Test

The solution configuration is tested thoroughly to optimise configuration settings, confirm data and performance, address any issues, and ensure a successful user adoption experience.

4. Pilot and optimise

The live pilot in store allows us to analyse data and results and suggest optimisations and rollout scenarios that minimise disruption and drive rapid adoption and operational success.

5. Consult and grow
