This privacy policy tells you what information Flooid might collect when you visit our website (regardless of where you visit it from), how we might use that information and tells you about your choices about the personal information you gave us.
What is not covered in the policy?

How does Flooid use my personal information?

When will Flooid contact me?
We deliver marketing and event communications to you across various platforms such as email, and online. We will ask you to explicitly opt in to receive marketing from us.

Even if you opt out of receiving marketing communications by email, we may still send you service communications or important transactional information related to your accounts and subscriptions (for purposes such as providing customer support).

Companies that provide services to us are not allowed to share or use personal information we make available to them for any purpose other than to provide services to us.

We share your personal information within the Flooid. This may involve transferring your data outside the European Economic Area as Flooid is a global organisation and your personal information may be stored and processed outside of your home county, including in countries that may not offer the same level of level of protection for your personal information as your home country. We only transfer your personal information to companies outside the EEA when we are satisfied with their level of security.
How long we keep personal information
We will only hold your personal information while we are doing the activities that we told you about or have a valid reason to keep it up to a maximum of three years. Valid reasons may include that we must keep it to avoid breaking the law.
We will design our processes so that we do not keep your information for any longer than we have to.

We will follow a procedure to validate your identity as part of a Data Protection Request. We will require proof of your identity which will be transferred and stored in a secure manner and only kept for the duration of the Data Protection Request after which it will be fully destroyed. We reserve the right to maintain an audit log that we have validated your identity recording which documents of yours we have validated.
