Flooid’s Chief Digital Officer Tanya Bowen will shine a spotlight on Krispy Kreme’s digital transformation journey at NRF 2020 in New York.
Krispy Kreme UK & Ireland has been a Flooid customer since 2001. The doughnut specialist is currently undergoing a hugely ambitious move towards new digital solutions including eCommerce re-platform, loyalty, the digital store and omnichannel consumer benefits.
By working with Flooid and other partners, Krispy Kreme hopes to deliver enhanced personalised service that makes purchasing sweet treats easy and engaging across many channels.
Tanya will deliver her talk: Krispy Kreme Omnichannel Transformation – Connecting Digital to the Store and Customer at the Adobe Theatre during Retail’s Big Show at New York’s Javits Centre.
